Are you a cleaner that is reliable, trustworthy and can manage your own schedule workload? Are you happy to work on a SELF-EMPLOYED basis?

If so we want to hear from you. We are looking for EXPERIENCED cleaners with an excellent eye for detail to operate on a self-employed basis, managing their own clients that we introduce you to. We cover ALL PO postcodes throughout Hampshire, West Sussex and the Isle Of Wight and are always looking for experienced cleaners in all areas for our ever growing client base.

The clients will pay you directly on the day of each clean, and supply you with all cleaning products. You will visit the same clients every week.

We can help you build up your own existing client base with more clients once you demonstrate the quality of your cleaning and reliability, and the excellent level service level that you provide to the clients.

We are looking for people that are dedicated to cleaning work with a view to doing this type of work long term, not just as a "stop gap." Everyone thinks they can clean, but only a small number of people can do it well - and that's the people we want to hear from!

We cannot stress enough that you MUST be able to manage your own workload. Being self-employed, you are your own boss and need to look after your own clients and take full responsibility for this.

You will need to supply us with a minimum of two excellent references, and preferably have a Police background check (DBS / CRB) . If you don't have one in place, we can show you how to apply for one for just £25, which will increase the number of clients we can introduce you too, as some clients insist on their cleaner having one in place (elderly, disabled, Police officers etc)

Your own transport is preferred and will enable us to introduce you to more clients once proven, but it is not essential.

You MUST be prepared to register as self-employed if not already and obtain your unique tax reference number (UTR). Without doing this we are unable to introduce you to your clients. A link to the HMRC site on how to do this is contained on the application form.

The rate of pay is area and client dependant, but is typically between £10.00 - £12.00 per hour.

Please note as part of our vetting process, you will need to supply full contact details of at least two references, and will also be subject to a home interview to assess your suitability.
